…then explore the landmarks across the world: climb aboard Noah's Ark before the rain, kneel at the manger in Bethlehem, stand inside the Tabernacle (built to Exodus spec), and find the Empty Tomb on Easter morning.

Hey, kids! 👋

What will YOU build first?

Walk into Noah's Ark before the rain. Lead a whole flock of sheep. Build a giant castle out of blocks. Grow a garden, go fishing, and find secret Bible places all over the world. It's your adventure — press the big green button and GO!

For older builders

Build big. With your crew.

Grab your friends and share one code — build a whole city side by side in a private world. No randoms, no chat, just your crew. Take on co-op quests, master crafting & skills, and raise a cathedral together, block by block. Creative, challenging, and 100% yours.

For parents

What is VineBlocks?

Everything kids love about blocky sandbox games — build, craft, farm, explore — reimagined around Scripture and generosity instead of combat and strangers. In the browser. Nothing to download.

Build & craft

Gather, craft, and place whole prefab structures — raise anything they can imagine.

Grow & provide

Plant wheat, bake bread, and fish the lakes — a peaceful loop of honest work.

Explore the Bible

Walk into Bethlehem, the empty tomb, and the Tabernacle — built to Exodus spec.

Walk the whole story

Creation, the Flood, Sinai, Bethlehem, the empty tomb — and a glimpse of heaven.

A living, seasonal world

Hand-styled animals and trees that blossom, shed leaves, and stand snow-laden.

Play together, safely

Share a private world with a code and build side by side — no chat, no strangers.

How VineBlocks protects your child

The safe choices aren’t buried settings you have to find — they’re simply how the game works.

  • No chat, ever. No way to type to another player — only movement and a few pre-approved emoji. No one can send your child words.
  • No strangers. Multiplayer is off by default and private-invite only. There is no public/stranger world to wander into.
  • No child accounts, no personal info. Your child never signs up, logs in, or gives a name, email, age, photo, or location — names come from a fixed, safe list. (A parent or leader may optionally create their own account to manage settings; children never do.)
  • No ads, no purchases, no tracking. It’s free, with nothing selling to or profiling your child.
  • Parent controls. A daily play limit (“Sabbath Rest”) winds the game down gently, behind a parental gate.
  • No violence. No combat, no gore, no scary content — challenges are met with faith and kindness, not fighting.

Learning is never a quiz to pass.
It's the joyful consequence of a fun mechanic.

Kids don't study the Parable of the Sower — they plant the field and watch what grows. They don't memorize “love your neighbor” — they hand bread to someone hungry. The lesson sticks because they lived it.
Formed through play

What your child will learn

Not lectures — lessons your child lives out in what they choose to do.

Love your neighbor

Feed the hungry and clothe the cold, face to face. “You did it to Me.” (Matthew 25:40)

God’s Word

Read and remember Scripture (NKJV), and grow the Fruit of the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22)

Stewardship

Tend a garden and care for animals — creation is a gift to keep. (Genesis 2:15)

Generosity over greed

A harvest for provision, worship, and giving — first-fruits, not hoarding.

Honest work & rest

Diligence is rewarded, and rest is good and holy. (Genesis 2:2–3)

Hope of the gospel

Heaven shown with hope; God as light, pointing to Jesus. (John 14:6)

Sound & faithful

How we handle Scripture

A game that teaches the Bible has to get the Bible right. This is our standard — so you can trust what your child walks into.

The New King James Version

In-game Scripture uses the NKJV — faithful to the original texts, and clear enough for a young reader to understand.

True to the account

Every Bible-story scene is built to reflect what actually happens in the text — no invented dialogue that contradicts Scripture, and no “message” that isn't in the Word.

Christ at the center

The goal isn't trivia — it's wonder that leads a child toward Jesus. Grace, not guilt; formation, not just information.

For the whole family

A game you’ll want to play with them

VineBlocks is wonderful for a child on their own — and it’s built to draw grown-ups in too. Pull up a chair, join a private family world, and let it become your family’s next devotional and building project.

Family Together Time

Gather at the garden campfire for a short guided devotional — read a verse, talk about it, do one kind thing, and pray together. A fresh one each day, and it reads aloud so even pre-readers can join.

Walk into Jesus’ parables

Thirteen of Jesus’ parables to live out — build on the rock or the sand, put your talent to work or bury it — each ending with a “talk about it together” question for you and your child.

Build & garden side by side

Share a private family world with a code: build together, plant a garden together, and watch each other’s crops grow. Working together is the whole point — with no chat and no strangers.

Peaceful by design — gentle, synthesized worship hymns play softly in the background, and every verse can be read aloud. See how it works for parents →

Why VineBlocks is different

Nothing else does all of this at once

There are building games children love — and there are Bible apps that teach. VineBlocks is the rare place that is both, and safe by design. Here’s the honest comparison.

Most games kids play
  • Open chat & strangers — or an account just to play
  • Ads, purchases, or profiling built in
  • Faith is absent — or bolted on as a quiz
  • A download, an app store, or a subscription
  • Built for the child alone, not the family
🍇 VineBlocks
  • No chat, no strangers, no child accounts — ever
  • Free forever · no ads · nothing to sell your child
  • Scripture you live out — 13 parables, not quizzes
  • Runs right in the browser — nothing to install
  • Family devotionals & side-by-side co-play built in

Plenty of games get one of these right. We haven’t found another that gets them all — a sandbox children love, real faith formation, and radical safety, free in the browser. See exactly how it’s built →

🍇

“I build VineBlocks together with my own 8-year-old son — a place he could explore freely that I never had to worry about. He dreams up what to add next; I build it. No chat, no strangers, no ads. Just a good, safe world that points him to Jesus.”

For churches & ministries

A safe world your youth group can share

VineBlocks is built for private, invite-only play — which makes it a natural fit for a children’s ministry or youth group. Imagine a Wednesday-night Bible study where students build together in a walled garden, earn rewards for memorizing Scripture, and serve the “least of these” — all with zero chat and zero strangers.

Private group codes

A leader owns one room and shares a code with their group — no kid accounts, no strangers, no one else can join.

A Bible-study tool

Use it as a hands-on lesson: complete Scripture challenges and quests together, then talk about what they learned.

Earn rewards

Students earn in-game “blessings” for memorizing verses and serving others — a fun, faith-building incentive.

Ready-to-run

A 4-week series your leaders can run tonight

No prep, no printing. Each week pairs a Scripture with a place your students walk into together — then a talk-about question to close in a circle.

Week 1

Trust when the way is blocked

Cross the Red Sea together as the walls of water rise. Talk about a time God made a way when there seemed to be none.

📖 Exodus 14:14
Week 2

Courage in the lions' den

Stand with Daniel through the night as the angel shuts the lions' mouths. Where do your students need courage to keep praying?

📖 Daniel 6:22
Week 3

Small in the world's eyes

Face Goliath with only a sling and faith. What "giant" feels too big — and what does it mean that the battle is the Lord's?

📖 1 Samuel 17:47
Week 4

Serve the least of these

Grow food together and give it away in-world. Close by naming one real way your group can serve someone this week.

Questions?

Parent FAQ

The things parents ask most. Still unsure? Read the full safety model or email us.

Is it really free?

Yes — free forever. No ads, no purchases, nothing to sell your child. It’s made as a gift.

Can strangers talk to my child?

No. There’s no chat or typing anywhere — only movement and a few pre-approved emoji. Multiplayer is off by default and private-invite only, so there are no stranger worlds.

Do you collect my child’s personal information?

Never. Your child has no account, and we never ask for a name, email, age, photo, or location. Names come from a fixed list. See our Privacy Policy.

Do parents or leaders have accounts?

Optionally — and only grown-ups. Playing needs no account; a parent or leader may make one (email + password) to manage a dashboard or group world. It stores only an adult’s email — nothing about a child.

What devices does it work on?

Any modern browser — iPad, Chromebook, Windows, or Mac. Nothing to install; on iPad, “Add to Home Screen” for full-screen.

Can I limit how long my child plays?

Yes — a daily limit (“Sabbath Rest”) in Parent Settings or the Parent Dashboard gently winds the game down with a restful verse.

Is this good for a church or youth group?

Absolutely. A leader runs a private, invite-only world with the Leader Dashboard — lock it, keep building safe, clear it anytime. Great for Bible study.

Ready to let them play?

Free forever. No download, no account. Just press play.
